Delete your account
This works without the app installed. Enter the mobile number your Tjorii account uses, confirm the code we send, and the account is deleted.
This permanently removes:
- Every document you've uploaded, and the text extracted from them
- All your folders, and any folders you've shared with others
- Your Ask Tjorii chat history
- Your health reports and tracked lab values
- Your name and phone number
The account stops working immediately and the data is erased within 30 days. This cannot be undone. If you sign in again with the same number you'll start with an empty account.
Documents you kept on your phone only were never uploaded to us — delete those from the app, or by uninstalling it.
